Growth that behaves like infrastructure, not activity.

GTM and ecosystem growth operator. I help technology and AI companies enter and scale in the APAC region, through developer relations, community-led growth, and events built to feed a pipeline instead of standing alone.

About

Systems first, not campaigns.

I build and scale product ecosystems through structured growth systems, not isolated campaigns. Over the past few years I've worked across growth, community and developer relations, taking early-stage products from first traction to scalable ecosystems: designing onboarding funnels, defining the pathways that create a first value moment, and building the feedback loops that turn users into long-term contributors.

With a background in computer science, I operate close to product while thinking in growth systems, which is why the GTM I build tends to resonate with technical audiences instead of working around them. Every ecosystem I take on is structured around measurable outcomes: contributor growth, event impact, sustainable expansion.

Having built extensively within India's developer and startup ecosystems, I'm now applying the same systems approach to companies scaling across APAC.

How I can help

Built for teams entering or scaling in APAC.

This is what I take on with a company directly. Same systems behind the track record below, applied to your market entry.

GTM strategy and execution for APAC entry

The acquisition, activation and retention systems a team needs to move from first traction to a scalable ecosystem in a new region.

Community and developer-led growth

Designing the funnel from first touchpoint to active contributor: ambassador programs, lifecycle automation, retention loops.

Event-to-pipeline systems

Turning workshops, hackathons and meetups into structured, follow-up ready pipelines, not one-off activations.

Ecosystem and partnership development

Building the university networks, ambassador bases and alliances that give a new entrant distribution from day one.

Positioning and messaging for technical audiences

GTM that speaks the language developers actually respond to, grounded in a computer science background, not translated after the fact.

Track record

What this has actually produced.

The one number consistent across every platform I run is events executed. Everything below is drawn from live campaigns, not projections.

The Discord that didn't retain anyone

Endless Domains
4,000 7,500+
Challenge

A growing Discord community risked becoming noise without structure: no clear onboarding path, inconsistent retention past the first message.

Approach

Engineered Discord as a structured onboarding funnel. Ambassador and referral programs as top-of-funnel. Automated lifecycle workflows to sustain engagement without manual moderation load.

Result

4,000 to 7,500+ members. First-week activation up 25%. Weekly active users up 35%. Moderation load cut 40% through automation.

One city's playbook, run twelve times

Stellar India
Challenge

Turning a single-city ecosystem into consistent developer acquisition meant expanding into new cities without diluting quality.

Approach

Ran 12+ bootcamps across Indian cities, managing the full event lifecycle: positioning, on-ground execution, and post-event follow-up into the funnel.

Result

800+ developers onboarded through the bootcamp expansion, with a repeatable playbook for entering a new city.
